Compare Screaming Jake and Mortal Folly Finn on height, pose, and price to decide which Adventure Time collectible fits your shelf and budget.
Quick answer
Choose Mortal Folly Finn if you want a taller, action-focused figure that anchors a shelf; choose Screaming Jake if you prefer a compact, expressive piece that adds humor. Both are region-restricted, so confirm shipping before you decide.
Height and pose change how they display
Mortal Folly Finn stands 4.3 inches tall with a determined expression and a dynamic thrown-back pose. That extra height and movement make him a stronger focal point on a crowded shelf. Screaming Jake is 2.7 inches tall, with fists down and mouth open in a wail. His smaller size suits tight spaces or a secondary spot beside taller figures, but he will not anchor a display the way Finn can.
Price difference is small but real
At catalog prices, Screaming Jake is $22.19 and Mortal Folly Finn is $21.59, both discounted from $29.99. The gap is only about 60 cents, so budget alone should not decide it. Let the pose and size you actually want drive the choice.
Licensing limits both options equally
Both figures are part of the Warner Bros / Cartoon Network collection, which ships only to certain regions. That restriction applies to either pick, so check the regional shipping list before you get attached to one. If your region is excluded, neither is a viable purchase right now.
Key trade-offs to weigh
- Shelf presence vs. space saving: Finn's 4.3-inch height and action pose give him more visual weight; Jake's 2.7-inch height keeps him unobtrusive. Pick Finn if you need a centerpiece, Jake if you are filling a gap. Measure your shelf before choosing; Finn needs more vertical room.
- Expressive humor vs. determined action: Jake's screaming face reads as comic and emotional; Finn's look is focused and heroic. Match the tone you want on display rather than treating them as interchangeable.
- Price gap vs. pose preference: The $0.60 difference is minor, so do not let it override the pose and size you prefer. Choose the figure you will actually enjoy looking at.
- Region check before checkout: Both figures are restricted to certain regions under the Warner Bros / Cartoon Network license. Confirm your shipping address is eligible before you commit to either. If your region is not listed, neither figure is available to you.
